The team behind Future Female Scholars

Claire is the technical architect and primary and only developer behind the Future Female Scholars platform. She designed and built the entire website infrastructure from the ground up, developing the tutoring forum, AI assistant integration, opportunity database, and student resource systems. Claire manages full-stack development, platform architecture, and ongoing feature development, ensuring the platform remains scalable, secure, and accessible for students around the world. In addition to engineering the platform, she leads product direction and oversees technical innovation across all Future Female Scholars initiatives.

Vivian leads marketing, outreach, and community strategy for Future Female Scholars. She coordinates interviews with tutors, connects with partner organizations, and helps expand FFS’s global reach. Her work ensures that more girls discover the resources, mentorship, and support they need to succeed in STEM.

Chloe leads the visual identity of Future Female Scholars, shaping everything from branding to social media aesthetics. She directs the design studio, mentors interns, and ensures all creative work reflects the mission and vibrance of the FFS community.

Ansh leads the development of AI tools that power tutoring, content generation, and student learning experiences across the FFS platform. He builds backend systems, machine-learning models, and experimental features that make STEM support more accessible and personalized.

Eireen oversees tutor volunteer coordination and ensures the program runs smoothly. She verifies tutoring hours, assists students and tutors with support questions, and keeps the FFS community organized and engaged. Her work helps maintain quality and reliability across thousands of tutoring interactions.

Aditi leads scholarship and opportunity outreach for Future Female Scholars. She researches funding programs, organizes application resources, and helps make scholarships more visible and accessible to students—especially those without traditional advising support.
